New Spunlace Line in Hangzhou

Hangzhou Nbond Nonwovens Co., LTD has added the fourth spunlace lines on the basis of original three spunlace lines, which makes the production capacity of spunlace increase from 400 tons/month to 700 tons/month. Currently, the new spunlace line has started production on May 3.
Most of the configuration of the 4th spunlace use the imported equipment, the spunlace unit of which is provided by the German firm Fleissner, carding machine and cross lapper is also provided by known foreign enterprises. The line is also equipped with advanced blot inspection and on-line detection device, which can guarantee the stability and quality to meet the requirements of high-end products. The new line has complete supporting facilities and clean production environment to reach the requirements for export products.
This production line can produce spunlace fabrics with weight as 40-200g/m2 and width less than 3.5 m. The usage is for high-grade sanitary materials and synthetic leather fabric.
